hot days
Not sure HOT is the word for Choke, maybe "hot then hell" better describes it, but the weird thing is; when I'm in the boat fishing I don't feel the heat, only fishing on my mind. Once I get out of the boat and on the ground it hits me hard. Guess I could beat the heat by stay out all day.
One of the things I love about Choke is the lack of recreational boating, skiing, Jet skis... but it does seem like I've seen more of that lately, and all I can say is: If the Gators don't get them, the trees lying just below the surfers will. Sooner or later I feel they will be a trouble accident. Seen more Gators this year too, some really big ones. They never seem to bother anyone unless you start it.
